First Fidelity's IVR System
First Fidelity's new IVR system was created to allow customers to get information without having to speak with a clerk.
It's faster and you get perks just for using it. Everyday you use the system your account is credited 10 loyalty points.
To use the system you must create a numeric only payout password, for example, 4321 or 2244.
The password must be only 4 digits. To select a password you can either call customer service or, log into your account
click the "Settings" tab in the Account information area and enter your new password.
When that is done you're ready to use the IVR system.
Just call: 1-877-946-6697 and select option 7.
Enter your account number and "payout" numeric password*
From the main menu choose one of the options:
1. For your available balance,
2. For pending wagers,
3. For graded wagers,
4. Llines by sport.
5. Lines by rotation number.
- Use the # key to move forward between selections and * to move back.
- The number 0 returns you to the main menu and then to a live operator.
Only 10 loyalty points are given a day if you call more than once the limit is still 10.
*Set your password in the settings tab on the web or by calling Customer Service.
Those found abusing the loyalty point promo will be removed from the IVR system.
For now, Allow up to 72 hours for your points to get credited to your account (we are working on an automated system).
